Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 12, 2025

At ElevaHosts, we take data security seriously. This policy outlines how we handle data for our hosting clients and for the businesses utilizing our SaaS Apps (like FitZone, FaithConnect, etc.).

1. Data Collection

Account Information: We collect your name, email, billing address, and payment details to create your account and process subscriptions via our billing portal.

Usage Data: We monitor server logs, IP addresses, and resource usage (CPU/RAM) to maintain the health and security of our infrastructure.

2. Data Roles (For App Subscribers)

If you subscribe to our Business Apps, specific data roles apply under GDPR and general data privacy laws:

  • Data Controller (You): You are the owner of the data you enter into the App (e.g., your gym members' names, your patients' records). You control how this data is used.
  • Data Processor (ElevaHosts): We provide the infrastructure (servers, database) to store this data. We do not access, sell, or use your business data for marketing purposes. We only access it strictly for technical support or maintenance when requested by you.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure OVHcloud VPS instances. We employ industry-standard security measures, including:

  • SSL Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS.
  • Firewalls: Strict firewall rules to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Isolation: Each Business App instance is logically isolated to prevent data leakage between clients.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary data only with essential service providers:

  • Payment Gateways: (Razorpay/Stripe) for processing payments. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Domain Registrars: Required contact information for registering domain names on your behalf.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request an export of your data or the deletion of your account. For App subscribers, you can export your business data directly from the ERPNext backend or request assistance from our support team.

6. Contact

If you have any questions about your data privacy, please contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
